Delivery Policy

Delivery dates are quoted subject to the availability of materials. Every effort will be made to effect delivery within the quoted period, but no liability can be accepted should it be exceeded. Customers from outside the UK should contact us by email: sales@slip-not.co.uk for shipping quote before making purchase. 

Delivery of all goods is to kerbside only we do not deliver inside the property or handball the goods.

Any non-delivery of the products (in which case the time limit is within 14 days of purchase date). In this case Buyer shall notify the undelivered products.

If the Buyer fails to give any such notice, the products shall be conclusively presumed to be delivered, in all respects, in accordance with the order and free from apparent defects and the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the products accordingly. The Seller's record of the products dispatched (including the quantity) shall be conclusive evidence of the products received by the Buyer.

The remedies set out above are the Buyer's exclusive remedies for non-delivery or short delivery of products, or for apparent defects in the products or delivery of products not in accordance with the order.
